How to Return an Item

Initiate Return

Log into your account, go to Orders, and select the item you want to return. Click "Request Return" and choose your reason.

Pack the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include the invoice if available.

Ship It Back

We'll arrange a pickup or provide you with a return shipping label. Drop it off at the nearest courier location.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Refund Amount

You'll receive a full refund of the item price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To exchange an item, initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want. We'll process your refund once we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.

We'll arrange a free return pickup and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
